An architect with over 17 years of experience, Neil studied at The Welsh School of Architecture before qualifying at the Architectural Association in 2001. He has completed projects all over the world and has led teams across a variety of sectors up to £50M in contract value. In 2012, Neil set up his practice to focus primarily on luxury residential developments. He takes an active role at every stage the project from initial client meeting to the final handover.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry working for Peter Brett Associates and RHWL, Clem is the Financial Director of Neil Davies Architects LLP. He brings with him a wealth of experience in contract and fee negotiation, HR and Construction Law and is an invaluable member of the team.
Sophie is an architectural assistant who obtained her Diploma with honours from the Design and Arts College of New Zealand in 2010. She has a wealth of experience in delivering complex planning permissions in sensitive planning contexts and has delivered projects up to a value of £10M both in New Zealand and in the UK.
Ali is a freelance journalist, editor and copywriter who specialises in design and architecture. A regular contributor to publications such as Wallpaper*, Interior Design and The Guardian, Ali writes and coordinates all of the PR material for the office.
Phuong holds an honours degree in Finance and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification. She has over 10 years experience working in both accounts and as an accounts manager in the construction industry.
Joe graduated from the Manchester School of Architecture in 2014 with honours and joined Neil Davies Architects as a senior architectural assistant in June 2016. He has worked on a range of luxury commercial and residential projects, most recently the players and members bar of Queen’s Club in London. He is due to qualify as a Project Architect in January 2017. Joe has a strong technical knowledge at all stages in the construction process and is an invaluable member of the team.
Kieron is a Part II architectural assistant having completed his Masters in Architecture at the University of Portsmouth with Distinction. His expertise lies in creating spaces of the highest quality in residential and educational projects. He develops an experienced driven design approach to the team.
Praveen completed his degree in architecture at the University of Cambridge with honours. He joined Neil Davies Architects as an architectural assistant having gained experience on residential and public projects at a number of award winning practices including Penroye & Prasad and Ben Adams. Praveen has been part of a consulting team at Accenture advising local governments worldwide on delivery of public services and how they affect the built environment. His particular interest lies in the creation of atmospheric spaces with an emphasis on materiality.
Shannyce is currently studying at for a BA in Design for Art Direction at UAL. She assists Caroline and Phuong part-time with processing the accounts and general office tasks. She has previously worked at creative agencies and fashion publications and helps the project teams during busy periods.
Caroline is our studio manager, who both assists the project teams and Phuong with the accounts. She has worked for interior design studios within their accounts teams and is invaluable to the team.
Ross completed his degree in architecture in Nottingham. He joined Neil Davies Architects as an architectural assistant and has had on site experience that has developed his detailing skills prior to working in practice.
Paul is a qualified architect having worked on residential and public sector projects both here and Dublin for 7 years. He gained both degrees at the University of College Dublin a year of which was spent in Stockholm. He has a sound technical background and has worked on schemes up to £13.8M contract value.
Satoru gained his Part II qualification the Royal College of Art in 2013 and has unique specialist knowledge in interiors and bespoke joinery. He has worked for design- led practices such as Kengo Kuma, Ben Adams and Carl Turner as well as for joinery company Aldworth, James and Bond.
Moritz is a registered architect with a wealth of experience in the luxury residential sector. Having trained and qualified as a Hochbauzeichner in Switzerland, he has an enviable technical knowledge and has been successfully delivering residential projects up to £15M in value in London for 4 years.
