An existing two-bedroom apartment within a Regency terrace in South Kensington was extensively refurbished to the standards of the high-end letting market in the Queen’s Gate Conservation Area. Existing mouldings and features were retained while all of the service runs were coordinated to avoid any downstands or unsightly boxing in. In addition, the ceilings were raised in the hallway to allow light to flood through the property.
