Planning permission was granted for our project involving the refurbishment of 23 flats in a six-storey Victorian terrace in South Kensington for Henley Developments. Our design won over the planners at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in a sensitive planning context. The proposals include the remodelling of the rear outrigger in order to take advantage of long views over Cornwall Mews South to the west.
