We have looked at the feasibility of re-modelling the existing hotel into student accommodation or serviced apartments, based on our experience of similar projects we are working on in central London.

We hope our ideas are a catalyst for a wider discussion about maximising the potential of the building, bringing it up to present day standards and future proofing it for years to come.
