Laid out on the former site of EMI and HMV near Stockley Park in West London, this masterplan was designed to regenerate the area into a new creative quarter. Numerous designs were developed over four years and planning approval was obtained for 500,000 square foot of B1 commercial space, 10,000 square foot of A1 space, 772,000 square foot of residential and a 66,000-square-foot training centre. The masterplan also converted the former boiler house into a 30,000-square-foot amenity building.
