Work is progressing on the Culford Gardens project and is set to be completed in the summer of 2017. The flat was gutted back to the concrete frame with and the existing windows and French doors into the courtyard were enlarged to full height to maximise the connection with the outdoor space. The heating and electrics were a new installation, plus new acoustic ceilings and internal partitions and complete remodelling of the existing courtyard garden.
