An existing coach house was rebuilt as part of a wider residential development on College Crescent in Belsize Park. Comprising 1200 square foot of prime office space that achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating, the Coach House has been fitted out to allow for an alternative layout as a 2-3-bedroom loft apartment.
