A new Vinyl Record Museum accessed off a new pedestrian square is at the heart of this scheme. Designed to regenerate the former site of EMI and HMV into a new creative quarter, the project comprises 500,000 square foot of B1 loft style office space, 10,000 square foot of A1, 772,000 square foot of residential, a 66,000-square-foot training centre, plus a 30,000-square-foot amenity building in a former boiler house.
