Brighton

A 9-metre level change between Brighton Station concourse and street alongside the station created a unique design opportunity for a mixed-use plaza scheme directly outside the station’s northern entrance. Comprising retail and office space as well as a cycle store, the stepped terrace design allows pedestrians to continue their walk into the city centre without having to pass through the station.
