Featuring wide burnt oak engineered flooring, tall walnut frameless doors and stone-clad bathrooms, the apartment is as energy efficient as possible thanks to underfloor heating linked to an external airsource heatpump, which in turn generates income for the client via the Renewable Heat Incentive.
